NEW DELHI: Supreme Court on Thursday granted two weeks to murder convict Dara Singh to challenge the Odisha government’s decision rejecting his plea for premature release in the 1999 murder case of Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two minor sons.The top court’s decision comes days after the Odisha government pointed out the gravity of the offence and said Singh’s plea for premature release had been rejected after considering all facts and circumstances of the case.The top court agreed to hear Singh’s petition after three weeks.
